Lies and Deception: A Hillary Clinton Story

This article is an inquiry into the Hillary Clinton with the object of exposing the corruption that is at the heart of the Clinton political machine, specifically looking into the Clinton Foundation and the DNC. The Clinton foundation was established in 1997. The main purpose of it was to bring together social groups, businesses and governments to take on big problems. It’s said to be one of the most charitable organizations in the world. The D.N.C. is the Democratic National Committee, a formal, non-partisan governing body for the U.S. Democratic Party. The DNC strategizes to support Democratic Party candidates nationwide who are running for all levels of office from local to national. All of this is standard for anyone to have a successful presidential run. However, this election cycle none of these organizations are as charitable, non-partisan, or innocent as they appear and together, they make up the corruption at the heart of the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Historically the DNC, as well as the RNC, are formal governing bodies which are essential to a candidate’s success in a political run at any level of office. Every four years the DNC organizes the Democratic National Convention where a candidate is nominated for president and a party platform is formed. There is evidence, however, that the DNC favored Hillary Clinton as early as the beginning of 2015. A set of 20,000 emails from the DNC were released by WikiLeaks at the end of July 2016. The emails, dated as early as January 1, 2015, show clearly the DNC did as much as they could to furnish Hillary Clinton’s campaign from colluding with the media, to even actively working against Bernie Sanders. An email from late May of 2016 discussed the pros and cons of the DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz accepting an invitation from CBS to be on “Face the Nation” with regards to how it would affect Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Another prime example would be emails between DNC staff and Democratic Party related news websites for the specific purpose of creating a narrative that made the Democratic Party appear more under control or unified. One article in particular from Real Clear Politics stated a lack of unity was caused by Sanders supporters at the Nevada Democratic Convention. In one email from Debbie Wasserman Schultz she explains “This headline needs to be changed” (emailid7713). DNC communications director Luis Miranda responded “We need to push back… Patrice, what happened, DNC had nothing to do with this, right” (emailid7713). In conclusion, the headline was changed and the narrative was something more along the lines of it was internal issues on the states part. Perhaps even more sinister is the very apparent partiality of the DNC against Bernie Sanders, seeing as he was Hillary Clinton’s most serious opposition. Eric Walker, the DNC Deputy Communications Director, stated in one email “If she outperforms this polling, the Bernie camp will go nuts and allege misconduct. They’ll probably complain regardless, actually” (emailid6564). Again, the DNC is supposed to be a non-partisan organization. To further my point Mark Paustenbach, DNC Deputy Communications Director, stated “Wondering if there’s a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess” (emailid6564.) This is not non-partisanship, considering these statements and how the DNC actively helped furnished Clinton’s campaign fiscally.

Looking further into the corruption of the DNC, we find two PACs, “Democracy Partners” and “Americans United for Change.” Democracy Partners was founded by Robert Creamer, a man who pleaded guilty to tax evasions and bank fraud in 2005, in the year 2011. Americans United for Change is a group that supports liberal ideas and a progressive platform. From their website, the group states that “through aggressive earned and paid media outreach, grassroots and online organizing and innovative projects…Americans United for Change has challenged the far right conservative voices and ideas that for too long have been mistaken for mainstream American values.” The now former National Field Director at Americans United for Change was a man named Scott Foval. Foval himself actually owns another single entity, “The Foval Group.” Foval and Creamer together committed and coordinated a massive amount of corruption for the Clinton Campaign, so much so that Foval was terminated and this story was even covered on MSM Fox News.

James O’Keefe, an American political activist, launched an undercover investigation where he and his subordinates infiltrated parts of the Clinton campaign. The previously mentioned entities were discovered to be directly involved with the DNC and the Clinton Campaign through these undercover investigations conducted by O’Keefe. On hidden camera, Scott Foval is caught explaining how his groups organized and antagonized the disruption at Trump rallies across the nation, citing terms like “bird dogging.” Foval explains “So the term bird dogging: you put people on the line, at the front…  so that when Trump comes down the rope line, they’re the ones asking him the question in front of the reporter, because they’re pre-placed there.” ‘Bird dogging’ is also a term that appeared numerous times in emails released by WikiLeaks. Additionally, he explained how this web of Democratic organizations is made to circumvent laws that prevent super PACs and other political action groups from organizing directly with a campaign. He explicitly states “The campaign pays DNC, DNC pays Democracy Partners, Democracy Partners pays the Foval Group, the Foval Group goes and executes the shit on the ground.” Also, Robert Creamer stated “We have a call with the campaign ever day to go over the focuses that need to be undertaken.” Lastly, Foval admitted that “the thing that we have to watch is making sure there’s a double blind between the actual campaign and the actual DNC and what we’re doing. There’s a double blind there so they can plausibly deny that they knew anything about it.” Reports as of early October 18th declared he was terminated for the statements uncovered by O’Keefe and his organization Project Veritas.
The DNC’s collusion with the Clinton campaign essentially allowed Hillary to purchase 33 state democratic parties loyalty. In August 2015, before voters even had begun casting ballots for the democratic primaries, those 33 state democratic parties made deals with the Hillary Clinton campaign and a joint fundraising entity, the Hillary Victory Fund, which enabled many of her largest donors, a number of them billionaires, to funnel the maximum amounts of funds allowed through those state parties to the DNC and the Hillary Victory fund. A year prior to that, the Supreme Court ruling of McCutcheon v FEC knocked down a cap that limited the amount a donor could contribute to a federal campaign in one year, thus the ceiling on amounts contributed by an individual donor to a presidential candidate were eliminated. The idea was that the deals Hillary Clinton’s campaign made allowed donors to donate the maximum amount ($10,000) to each state that was a signatory in this deal. That means a single donor could contribute as much as $330,000 a year to the campaign, a total of $660,000 from an individual donor over the 2015/2016 cycle. Using this, the Hillary Victory fund raised $26 million for the Clinton Campaign by the end of 2015 alone. A considerable amount of money certainly, yet compared to the amounts amassed by the Clinton Foundation itself, it’s merely a drop in the bucket.

As mentioned earlier, the Clinton Foundation is considered one of the most charitable in the world; however, it has also been found to be “a charity fraud of epic proportions” (Charles Ortel.) Ortel is a Wall Street analyst who is very dedicated to investigating the foundation and has been for the last year and half. He has a public website which has been updated consistently since he began his investigation in February of 2015. Ortel has ultimately come to the conclusion that “An educated guess, based upon ongoing analysis of the public record begun in February 2015, is that the Clinton Foundation entities are part of a network that has defrauded donors and created illegal private gains of approximately $100 billion in combined magnitude, and possibly more, since 23 October 1997.” Following the money is what Ortel did, and doing that reveals interesting things. He attempted to match up disclosure reports from the Foundation’s major donors to the Clinton Foundations tax filings. Ultimately, what he found was that there were incredible discrepancies between what the largest donors said they donated to the Clinton Foundation for and what the Foundation say they got from the donors and did with it. A year ago, the Clinton Foundation was actually forced to issue corrected tax filings due to years of donation errors that needed to be corrected. One example of this type of discrepancy would be in 2013 that Clinton Foundation took in $140 million in grants, yet only spent $9 million on direct aid. Another would be the Foundations wrong doings in Haiti. The Foundation raised $34 million and closed in December 2013 after distributing the last it’s funds and claimed it has “helped Haitians create a better future through smart, sustainable economic development” though still acknowledges that “much work remains to be done in Haiti.”

In total, Hillary Clinton’s campaign is one of deception and corruption. Never in an election cycle has the DNC/RNC ever favored one candidate over another, especially so much so to help funnel money out of other state parties into a preferred one’s campaign. From the “charitability” of the Clinton Foundation, to the “non-partisanship” of the DNC, to the intense media collusion, this is a campaign of pure corruption with money being the gas that fuels it.

  1. The Clintons are practiced deceivers and grifters. The fact that they were able to continue their influence peddling for almost 20 years without anyone blowing the whistle is truly horrific. The Clintons stole ~$225,000 worth of art, silver, furniture, china, a rare document, etc. when they left the White House. Items that belong to ‘We thePeople’. This act of thievery demonstrates their rationale of -We are owed this- and – No one would dare stop us-. The FBI wrote up a file describing how Hillary’s aides took furniture from the State Dept to furnish her D.C. townhouse. Why? They have millions. The Clinton Foundation was a slush fund for Bill, Hillary and Chelsea. How do I know, you ask. Well, with all their free time after the election, they are no longer involved in the CF. No influence to sell. No $$$$ to pilfer. Scum of the earth. A pox on their house.
